Meditation Course
In eight weeks, you’ll learn meditation step by step and connect with something deeper than the physical. Each week we gather to meditate, explore a theme, share reflections, and receive guidance. You’ll also get recordings and practices to build a steady ritual at home. All you need is an open mind and willingness to explore within.
The journey begins with the breath, moving into body awareness, then observing thoughts and emotions without attachment. We explore mantra, silence, and stillness, before opening to intuition and inner guidance. By the end, meditation will be a natural part of your daily life, giving you the tools and confidence to carry peace and clarity into everything you do, until it becomes a way of living.
